You know gangs have been ended by science using very simple and obviously stupid interventions. Let me give you one: Did you know that classic music silently playing in the background at bus stops and other places where gangs loved to gather reduced their numbers slowly until none came and with that their gang and its activities. It was not loud and you could not easily hear it or se where it was coming from. It was disturbing or say "noisy". Just low tones, loud enough for the ear to pick along with the other "noises".

It certainly is not pretty.  But I think you can make an argument for it, on a case by case basis.  What would arresting these guys have resulted in?

Been following that hessy thing of facebook - so they eventually gunned them down. It's good - those GAZA toddlers need to be nipped before they become Mungiki. They killed 2 cops in Kiambu in cold-blood and took their weapon.

Some times we have to admit our court systems is not ready to deal with certain crimes - like terror, banditry, organized criminal violent gangs and drug-dealers - a lot of that need to be handled like it's a war in somalia- without any kid gloves. Those that kill the police - will certainly not get a chance in court - the police will just EJK them.
