I described this strategy here months before it happened. The perpetrators ridiculed me mostly because they were shocked I knew.

What the write has left out is remote voting and disenfranchisement. Voters turned up to vote only to be told they had voted or had transferred to Kiambu etc.

I am inclined to accept that some serious fraud must have been perpetrated related to IEBC servers.  But I am not particularly sold on some of the elaborate yarns by NASA social media types.  They are based on too many unsupported assumptions.

What eventually convinced me is the absence of information that there was any communications from any polling stations.  So the information on the portal - let alone the scans - was coming from anywhere except actual polling stations.  There is only so much benefit of the doubt that you can grant or you end up disbelieving your own eyes.
