Btwn who gave Chirchir access to IEBC server? Prime suspect in Msando death.

That there might be more to Msando's murder than we thought.  The bugger might have been just too straight for his own good.

I actually suspect he refused to let up and found himself strangled to death out of frustration.  There are many Msando's (read straight shooters) in Kenya.  Swimming against the tide.
