The quality of NASA petitions is lacking
« on: August 20, 2017, 05:52:12 AM »
It will make korti bandia work easier. Every legal scholar who has reviewed the petition has indicated that it is very weak on quality.

They have nothing except nitpicking and cherry picking form 34 for any slight error.

On what page(s)of the petition can I find that? Which form 34? A or B. How many are involved? In your opinion should they have just targeted ALL the form 34 A and B? For a better case?

What is a "slight error"?

They have nothing except nitpicking and cherry picking form 34 for any slight error.

The next move in the sytematic rigging of the 2017 elections is to rubbish the petition.  Nothing new here.

Watch an IEBC official admit to law breaking. Ballot boxes cannot be opened after elections without a court order. He had none.

This is who "read" the petition for Pundit and helped him form an opinion: Kipchumba Murkomen.

Murkomen speaks of having "taught law". If this had been a case of teaching law... Sadly it is NOT. It requires actual appearance in court. Murkomen has NEVER appeared in any court of law (of Kangaroos) in the entire known universe! This fact was put to him directly by James Orengo and he offered no opposition.

There is no record of Murkomen representing anybody in court. He has never appeared before any magistrate's court, High court, Labor court, Court of Appeal or Supreme Court for that matter.

That means he lacks the gravitas to express a plausible opinion on NASA's appeal which is in the Supreme Court - where Murkomen has never stepped as an advocate.

There is no reason why he could not appear before the courts other than incompetence.

Note that the petition became available for comprehensive reading today and only to the defendants. The bulk of the paperwork was not available to Murkomen and therefore he could not have read 25,000 pages.

Even if the petition was scary, I wouldn't expect them to show it.

But Jubilee has gone overboard in attempting to scatter the petition from infiltrating the team behind it to raiding their dens.

They say that you can tell when a politician is telling the truth; when their lips are not moving. In this case, facts are the opposite of  everything Jubilee are saying. Their actions betray the bravado the are fickly projecting

Hell I can even bet Jubilee leaning pastors will embark on prayer and fasting to defend or retain the seat. Watch this space

That's pure propaganda, name those legal scholars.  All they had to do was to meet a minimum requirement for filling a petition and they did.  You do not win a case with a petition even before  go to court and present your argument together with the  supporting testimonial and documentary evidence.

It will make korti bandia work easier. Every legal scholar who has reviewed the petition has indicated that it is very weak on quality.
