Your own propaganda will be your downfall. Tone it down.
Observers presented their findings before the election results were announced and the winner declared. Several of them made it clear that their reports covered the campaign and voting. Indeed most of their examples are drawn from those two phases of the election.
On Results they could not speak authoritatively and merely admonished anybody dissatisfied to go to court - a standard and expected refrain. The EU cannot advocate for Mass Action under any circumstances.
As far as the campaign goes, NASA has questioned many things but the observers are free to express their general opinion. I look forward to reading their final and comprehensive report. Things like violations of the Elections Offences Act, abuse of state resources including CS campaigning and dishing out cash; County commissioners working for Jubile and Chiefs being bullied to support Uhuru. Those do not add to a fair or equal playing field. NASA has expressed disappointment with that BUT has not concentrated on it.
The problem of Kenyan elections since independence is with the RESULTS Management. Those of us who have studied the History of can regale you with daredevil stories of villainy and heroism as ballot boxes were tossed in rivers and people jumped to rescue them.
We moved from each candidate having his own Ballot Box to a common box. From each candidate having his own Ballot paper to a common ballot. All these measures were taken to protect results. Clearly we are nowhere and will certainly not get there on time with people like you preferring to exploit willful idiocy to feign ignorance of the problem.
2017 is the most free election that has ever been conducted in kenya. The only folks crying wolf are NASA - a branch of it - who are still reeling from the shock of the dog beating they got. 2017 will go down in history as the first where technology really worked - biometric weeded out fake voting - which is why turn out is now realistic - everywhere - and results were known in less than 24hrs.
All Observers - both Local & international - have given IEBC thumbs up.
Let the record show that the 2002 poll was the most free Kenya has had. There was no doubt that the winner announced was the real winner. Therefore any contest of the result would have gone nowhere.
One cannot compare that election to 2017 or 2007.
