They have made it such that you need to be lucky to find one that is done.  In this scenario, it is best to

a) only list polling stations which have scanned them
b) share a link to a folder with all the forms

The current setup makes it too much work to find them.  If the opposition has enough volunteers on hand, that could be made easier though.

I'll put the link here and make a sticky  https://forms.iebc.or.ke/.

Whatever they are displaying here https://public.rts.iebc.or.ke/enr/index.html#/Kenya_Elections_Presidential/1 has the same validity as Raila's claim of having 8.1 million vs Uhuru's 7.2 million if it cannot be validated.  It's all hearsay until confirmed.

This is the diaspora Kampala polling station 1 form.  And it matches the portal data.  Total size of the download 430.9 KB.  These are tiny files.

https://forms.iebc.or.ke/storage/images/1_1_048_291_5001_003_01.jpeg

If you assume they are all of similar size, we are looking at about 18 gig total for all form 34As.  Less than the space on your iPhone.

So whats the difficulty in sharing?

Don't we all, perhaps with the exception of Jubilants, wish we could know?

Forms portal is now down.  I am thinking diaspora votes are good, but I haven't seen Dar station 2 and South Africa.

In my village Raila got 13 votes out of 1,136 votes in my  poll center. I suspect that Kisiis, Naturalized Ugandans, Akamba trader and  patriotic Okuyus voted for NASA. Most likely all these votes were from Casual workers from Nyanza (Kisii).. Kenyambi watunyarire would be whispered now and then by these workers as they toiled

I did download a whole ward in counstiuency. Raila only managed 1%. He got 79 votes versus Uhuru's 8,024.. Hii nii Hujuma

3 out of 20 (15%) polling stations have not downloaded form 34A

Turnout is about 87%

You are patient.  You should be able to get all 40K forms in 15 minutes tops with the right arrangement in IEBC's side.  I doubt anyone using that portal has been able to get a useful number of forms.  They'll have been overtaken by events while still digging for forms one by one.

It's never going to be possible to call it in Kenya the way you can call the US election.  That would require that the public has access to things like Form 34 - to pick a perfectly random example - as soon as it is certified.  And media presence in all polling centers at a minimum.
