https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/database-engine/configure-windows/change-server-authentication-mode

The sa account is a well-known SQL Server account and it is often targeted by malicious users. Do not enable the sa account unless your application requires it. It is very important that you use a strong password for the sa login.

So are you suggesting the logs are from MsQl and not Oracle?

I am not sure. However, I have seen a IEBC job advert of database admin where they required knowledge of both oracle and Microsoft databases certification. The two maybe be used..

Mr George Njoroge, CEO East African Data Centre, a renowned IT Forensic Audit Expert will unpack the illusory allegations made by NASA on electoral system hacking at K24 during Prime Time News (9:00pm) tonight.

Obviously a Jubilee fan though.
