Any Idea Why Nairobi City

It seems most of the early votes are from kalenjin counties, I've seen a few with near 40% transmission. Besides Nairobi, I'm also curious why NASA areas are mostly transmitting very slowly, though to be fair, so are GEMA areas. Seems Kalenjins were the only ones that were fast to count and transmit???

Nairobi is now at 160,000 Termi. About 10% transmission.

It's mind boggling.  Even if it is an innocent explanation, I would love to understand why every single time the best connected and tiniest area in the country seems to lag in results transmission.
