maybe - I think if I was doing those polls - I'd rework the sampling framework - and get it right. Opinion pollster should not fret about using tribe - it is a most important variable.

Yeah in US they use race, gender, etc all the time. I think locally they would have problems with Kaparo and some NGOs. Even NCCK, Supkem and such groups might protest.
