Would you like to share the evidence?

1. Why is that fact NOT in their pleadings
2. Why have they officially stated that the register is not ready for inspection until two to three weeks ago when they dropped that?

I know that Jubilee politicians purchased whatever resembled the register in the run up to their primaries. JP itself used the same faulty register to launch the Digital Cards scam that Tuju ran and extorted millions from aspirants.

That vooke is not the document in contention. And if it were, NASA could ground one of it 11 choppers for a day to by ten of them.

IEBC was hawking copies for 20K, that is if you couldn't afford to camp at any of their offices

I don't mind going low to your level. I got plenty of time today and this time I promise you will get badly injured. Utalia

I have read the entire ruling. For you it id discretion. The key is does the discretion cure the ill?

Read the ruling once you've taken your meds

The problem is not that there are multiple small portions of the same. The problem is one register in its entirety is not available for inspection.
That ruling is as specific as it can be...it talks of 'The Register'  not some parts of register like iebc monkeys are doing. They have 48hrs to produce the register.

It's indeed at IEBC's discretion.  It does not make it any less shocking though, that there are people vehemently opposed to making it more easily available.

IEBC is not printing copies for NASWA following the ruling. Printing relevant copies at each station satisfies the wildest interpretation of the ruling

Who said they will comply or even show a willingness to do so... If they do, that will reduce Kiambu voters to 450K and Nakuru to 400K spelling the end of Uthamaki.

Look at what Otieno sought
Quote
These proceedings are the subject of the Notice of Motion dated 18th July, 2017 by which the ex parte applicant herein, Gladwell Otieno, seeks the following orders:

1) AN ORDER OF MANDAMUS do issue to compel the Respondent to publish and open up for public inspection the register of voters as clustered per polling station and to take into account submissions by concerned persons and revise the register accordingly within a reasonable time before the general elections scheduled for the 8th August 2017.

2) AN ORDER OF MANDAMUS to compel the Respondent to publicize and gazette the final register of voters per polling station within such time as reasonable before the general elections scheduled for the 8th August 2017

3) AN ORDER OF PROHIBITION do issue to prohibit the Respondent and its officers from deploying a voter register for use in the general election before the same is subjected to a public inspection as required under the law.

4) SUCH OTHER ORDERS and reliefs as the Honourable Court may deem appropriate in the circumstances.

You may be an idiot but you're funny.

Read what Otieno sought.

I think it's the Okoyu in her that made her plea so Uthamaki-friendly

The problem is not that there are multiple small portions of the same. The problem is one register in its entirety is not available for inspection.
That ruling is as specific as it can be...it talks of 'The Register'  not some parts of register like iebc monkeys are doing. They have 48hrs to produce the register.

It's indeed at IEBC's discretion.  It does not make it any less shocking though, that there are people vehemently opposed to making it more easily available.

I understand that point.  I am not sure why anyone, let alone Jubilee, would oppose making it available in one piece, even if it is at IEBC's discretion.  Maybe because NASA wants it?  These guys rarely make any sense.

Before you get to wrap your mind about anyone resisting availing the register, who told you anyone resisted that?
