Kuria certainly didn't know he was dead - he just merely concluded he must have been with mpango wa Kando -- something many kenyans include yours truly - do once in a while - while lying to wife that I am some miles away.

Pundit- That was an attempt to impugn the man's integrity and like you, divert attention from the obvious-Jubilee has concluded that they cannot win free and fair elections and therefore they have to rig.  These people rigged the 2013 elections and they know they did not have the numbers to win then and therefore know they cannot win in 2017.  They know they have to rig inorder to win and will do everything include, kill people who stand in their way.

8.8.2017 - and I don't see anybody looking forward to the date than Jubilee. You guys are on record pulling all stop to prevent 8.8.2017 from happening. One week.

Evidence is emerging that indeed he was with a woman, he parked his ride, went to her house, but the guards never saw them leave so they probably used another car out.

Now, if IEBC was the motive, both Jubilee and NASWA are equally possible culprits

Looking at how he was killed - via strangling - I won't rule out GoK/NIS neutralizing him. The girlfriend might have been working with the killers and hence she had to go too.

The other credible theory - would be a love triangle - which should be easy to track.

If the police cannot provide answers soon - I'm going to think NIS/GOK had a hand in this - they may have suspected Msando - the Luo from Ugenya - was leaking or exposing IEBC servers to NASA - the torture and killing of the girlfriend - and dumping of the body miles away -- would point at GoK.

You can bet NIS have all the key IEBC staff under watch 24-7 - their phones tracked/tapped/movement monitored. They may have trailed & tracked Msando to his girlfriend hse; kidnapped them; taken them to Muguga forest; tortured them and eventually killed them via strangling.

Yeap. He certainly held a very strategic position and was definitely being watched 24-7. The fact that he was related to Prof Nyongo and came from Ugenya -was meeting with NASA- would have made GoK even more suspicious. My bet is NIS did this. This looks like a professional work. Possibly kidnapped from the girl friend house, sedated and transported to the forest - tortured to reveal what he had done - and eventually strangled.

Yeah we are all speculating as we get more info. I believe NIS/GOK knows NASA are not interested in election - they will lose. They are interested in discredited election that will be easy to dispute so they can get NUSU Mkate. So this guy would be important to sabotage IEBC. All actions of NASA have been aimed at discrediting and sabotaging IEBC. If he in cahoot with Nyongos to allow NASA hackers to sabotage election - then NIS step in - as that is their mandate.

Looks like he was in comfortable company hours before his death. Driving all the way to Mlolongo and back to town while making several stops and making calls in company of 4.

They don't record calls unless you are a marked man, but still, the logs are a good place to go.
