One of the "frustrations" was the attempt to illegally name Visram the Chief Justice and to pretend there was no NARA providing for shared Executive power.

Like I wrote, this is now the question between The Ethnic Rag Media and The Ethnic Rag Journalists.

My focus, before you interrupted, was on the damage limitation. I have been looking atvthe various excuses, explanations and justifications and I ask myself why they find it necessary to offer them. He stayed away to protect the mystery and aura of the Presidency - away from Raila. That much anybody who knows campaigns would agree.

Teresa May kept out; George H.W. Bush made an impulsive decision to participate against Campaign Manager James Baker's advise. He later regretted as he was bested by Bill Clinton and damaged by Ross Perot. I personally think he could have won had he stayed away and avoided Perot's fire and quips such as "If you have another idea I am all ears" and people looked at the big ears and Bush came out injured.

He need not apologize. It shows and proves he is hurt.

Vooke-the people who are disturbed by that statement are die-hard ouru supporters and will not vote for Raila anyway.  NASA supporters believe that Raila should NOT accept stolen elections.  What will cause violence is not Raila losing, but injustice.  In 2007, violence began when Kibaki was sworn in at night.  Very many people will vote for Raila and there is no way they will accept a stolen elections.  This matter is actually not in Raila's hands.  If IEBC can convince people that the votes are free and fair then there will be no violence. This is why it is very important for IEBC to take charge and NOT let Jubilee and arrogant Partisans like Matiangi become its spokesperson.

In a general sense, people should worry more about stolen elections, than about the idea that bad things can happen when elections are stolen.  In the jubilant's case, it's a bit like worrying about the "nutcase" suggesting bad things can happen when you jump from the 100th floor but not worrying about the idea of jumping from the 100th floor.
