I am honestly trying to understand. I know every government has its diehard supporters. In Syria there are those who are still clinging to Assad. Hitler had those who swore he had been appointed by God, same case with mobutu. Sadam had Baghdad bob and so do we. Let us hear your view

It really depends on whether on whether a person is eating meat or watching meat eaters devour meat!

Why wouldn't I not vote the best performing gok since independence.Take for example the ease of doing business..we have dropped from 140  to 90..in four years jubilee has connected more households to electricity than all previous gok combined..the kms of tarmac under construction is unprecedented.I and my wife will wake up early to vote UhuRuto again.kidero is the fool we will send home...done nothing for us Nairobians. Let's not talk about SGR.. signature jubilee project that we have been unable to book coz it overbooked .This gok get it done attitude is what we need to nurture...no intrigues but deliver gok service bila drama.

There are those who loved Hitler because the "trains ran on time". At the height of Kenyatta's and Moi's dictatorship, tribalism and looting of the economy,  there are those who will swear that those were the best days. Just like those who loved Hitler did not care about the gassing of the Jews Ouru supporters like pundits do not care about the corruption run amok, high cost of living, hunger, poverty, and the skyrocketing youth unemployment.  That's why Isaac Ruto had to ask. "Wangapi walikuja hapa na SGR?"

I don't know about voting but Jubilee is the best performing since independence. The principal reason of course is the mediocracy we are used to, not because of any magical transformation they have delivered. My key reason for indecision is that neither side has a magic bullet or impressive plan. We've actually been overtaken by Ethiopia and Tanzania... I look at the hyperbolic manifestoes & pledges and see no African Tiger coming up. Just average business-as-usual stuff. There are no visionaries in Kenya.

In what way is Jubilee better performing than the coalition govt? The ridiculous corruption levels alone, leave alone the crazy costs of living and weakening of the consitition, even the roads have become crazy expensive nothing like what Kibaki delivered. To me, they are poor performers with a lot of trinkets to dangle in the eyes of their audience.

Life was crazy expensive under NARA... I think because of PEV. Life was best around 2007 before everything went bust, but then Kibaki/NARC despite laying down infrastructure plans was a poor leader that lead to PEV. The deaths & destruction almost nullify the achievements.

I have heard people say the highways, JKIA expansion, etc that have materialized under Jubilee were designed by the grand coalition. But that's besides the point, isn't it? In terms of absolute raw delivery, KMs, much more tarmac and metal has been laid down by Jubilee.

NARA had less corruption after Kibaki's AngloLeasing and delivered the new constitution. But it was wrought with political squabbles and cannot beat Jubilee in hard economy.

If I have to,I'll vote Jubilee because NASWA hasn't given me a better offer.

Babu without blinking declared his coalition as clean. Even Ndii would scoff at that. The commitment to fight corruption are just to hoodwink idiots. They've no intention of doing nothing. NASWA defends corrupt governors, latest one being Oparanya.

I think Mutahi Ngunyi is right, Babu would rather the country burn if he can't get in. All these rumors of KDF,NIS....discredit IEBC, refuse to go to court, stage 'peaceful protests',pressure Uhuru to resign. The script is clear. Juzi they said the only acceptable outcome of a free and fair election is a NASWA victory. Dangerous negroes these ones. They are good or as bad as Jubilee but this desperation does not inspire love for the country.

The final reason I won't support NASWA is it's clear they are losing. Any vote for them is a wasted vote, no different from voting Aukot

I'm voting Uhunye,Sonko,Sakaja,Passaris,Ken Okoth, and the most handsome/pretty MCA

No vooke, noone is guaranteed victory. Unless you are referring to the MOAS? Let us see the Ipsos polls tomorrow, OK? Jubilee's performance is average but we're so used to Moi-like raw deal that we think a deadbeat Toyota is a Ferrari :D Only Dr Alfred Mutua attempts to inspire me - why, in some places teenagers have cars, while a Kenyan needs lifetime savings to afford one. With the 'visions' these guys are proposing Kenya needs 50yrs to be Mexico or Malaysia.

Jubilee doesn't excite me any bit, and for a while I was beginning to believe opposition was a real and better alternative till I realized they are just as corrupt. If there is one thing I can't imagine it is an opposition minus Babu. He does the job so well and has no equal. But for his vigilance, Jubilee would have sold us for a morsel of bread.

Look at this tweet which was pulled down. The idea is NASWA can only be rigged out. This is not chest thumping but incitement, come Nane Nane and half of Kenya is fed with this incendiary, you think they will go to court? This is not a slip of the tongue, this is Babu's strategy. It's desperate yes but very dangerous. It's why I badly want Jubilee to win by a huge margin

So you support  jubilee because it  is the lesser of the two evils.  What difference does it make from any other Jubilee supporter.

1. The SGR remains a fraud where less than a third of 300B could have put up a better railway. Do not count it for two reasons:

a. It was incepted under NARA. Jubilee cancelled the tender (occasioning a delay) and only succeeded in inflating the cost by another 100B. NASA will seek to investigate the corruption that ruined a perfectly good NARA project, made it expensive and uneconomic and spurred other crimes such as the inflation of land compensation fraud etc. No need to add that it is one of the reasons Jubilee is determined to rig elections to stay in power by force

b. Electricity: NASA will seek to establish exactly how many working connections have been made. We had KPC saying one thing and then the entire state machinery coming down on them so that they adopted the Jubilee narrative. Clearly people around the country do not agree with those figures. It would not be the first time Rural Electrification funds are stolen using fictitious figures. In the 90s the entire Danish Government's donation to connect a million homes was stolen. The figures however had kept coming - Pundit style - until Program Auditors turned up went to the villages chosen randomly found nothing and blew the whistle. A full scale forensic audit ensued leading to serious recriminations. I suspect Ruto has looted most of that cash not least because in the words of Pundit, "Ruto collects 10% of each contract in Kenya"

C. Most of the tarmac road construction around the country is from the few coins salvaged from Ruto and Uhuru through Devolution. They are busy going round claiming those as their projects! Other projects were illegally run by them when it was clear that those were devolved roads.

D. Kidero, Sifuna and Passaris will win in Nairobi. The IEBC scheme where Sonko has paid them to issue certificates in his favor... is dead bro.

You hate Sonko and that will kill you. He will take it by 0800H

Tell Luhyas to keep their votes because Sonko showed them how to treat a hoe. Kambas I'm hearing are pressed off with Babu demeaning Wiper.

1. Sonko is a washed up drug baron on his way out
2. Luhyas and Luos will not vote for Shebesh or Sonko (or Koske)
3. The Jubilee propaganda targeting Kalonzo and Kambas will end soon. You just can't give up. I sometimes fear you may drive a bullet in Kalonzo for failing to help you scuttle NASA

Atwoli said recently, Uhuru had two options:

1. Scuttle NASA
2. Rig

He lost one so he remains with one. Even you can guess which it is
