The IEBC has been all over the place offering to take representatives from stakeholders to oversee the printing. This has been one of their most repeated piece of propaganda. NASA realized and snubbed it and instead went to court.

Now the witnesses were to be hoodwinked and even testify to there having been no extra ballots when they were already in Kenya. They arrived a few days ago. According to the IEBC timeline, the printing of Presidential ballots takes place from 18th. So witnessed would have been taken on a goose ride.

Anyway, this blowing up big time in the next few hours of days.

The ballot papers were moved to Bomas in several secure and unmarked cars under heavy military escort after the information broke out.

Now that is place to watch - I talked to an AP who was based in Mandera - and he swear rigging was rampant there. Later on I read Prof Hornsby also doubting the figures. Those mandera figures where Uhuru scored 93% was something. Basically after elders agreed to share the seats - there was just a mock election - where Jubilee were assigned all votes.

If NASA were half serious - they would be spending time watching remote places - where due to the nature of terrain & insecurity - anything can be done - including fake polling stations in middle of the forest.
