Nasa should call for emergency retreat among principal with the legal team and map this thing out properly before it gets out hand.  First thing first is ballot printer, unless that contract is handed to UK or USA firm there is no way to vouch for integrity of the process because those guys will print extra ballot, check them then ship them to Kenya at later date. On this alone NASA they are better off backing out of the elections than legitimizing a rigged process.

Ouru knows he will lose free and fair elections and therefore his only hope to hold on to power is to rig. The issue now is how NASA will stop Ouru from clinging to power after losing. Jubilee believe they can repeat what Kibaki did in 2007 and get away with it. That's their plan. The problem is that Jubilee is thinking that 2007 and 2013 is the only possible outcome of rigged elections. They are hoping for 2013 and planning for 2007.  What they do not know is that stealing this elections may result in something they never planned for.

Let us stipulate that Raila lost in 1997, won 2002 for Kibaki, won the referendum, and won 2007.  The only dispute that we have is 2013 and therefore the claim that Raila is a perennial loser is pure lies and propaganda to prepare Jubiliee supporters for the intended rigging. 2017 is very comparable to 2007 and Raila was blamed for being complacent in 2007 and too eager to compromise although the elections were clearly stolen from him.  Most Ouru/kibaki supporters privately agree that Kibaki stole the elections from Raila but they believe it was the right thing to do and they say today that ouru should do the same. If we become complacent again and ignore the overwhelming intelligence that Ouru is planning to steal the  2017 elections, we will be setting a very bad precedent for Kenya, even for you RV guys because it will be done to you too very soon.  If ouru wins this elections, Ruto will be on the chopping block and you guys will be complaining about the plots to finish Ruto but nobody will believe you.  Allowing elections to be stolen is not a good thing for Kenya because wrong lessons are learned and bad habits thrive.  The only way we will have free and fair elections is when the opposition is vigilant and not complacent. The media is biased because it does not want anybody to talk about rigged elections while they know the sub-plot is "never to relinguish power" at any cost.   I believe wholeheartedly that Raila is not crying wolf but is receiving very credible intelligence about the plans to steal the 2017 elections.
