NASA has acknowledged that Al Ghurair is technically capable of printing ballots. Nowhere has NASA doubted the ability or capability of Al Ghurair.

The issue is whether given the connection between Al Ghurair and the Kenyatta family Al Ghurair can impartially and professionally execute its contract with fairness to all the contestants. The fact that it is printing documents which if not handled with utmost integrity can lead to real or imagined electoral mishaps is an issue.

The law may say Nobody shall direct the Inspector General of Police to do anything but Uhuru, Nkaissery and Ruto are daily ordering him to arrest this or that person. When challenged in court they ask for "evidence". Once out of court they continue with the bravado. This is the culture we want to bring to an end.

It is Chiloba who was summoned to State House. For the record since Al Ghurair published photos of the meetings and the media has reluctantly published them, State House Propaganda machinery has not denied it.
