Abu Ghraib from Kuwait win ballot tender again

http://www.nation.co.ke/news/politics/IEBC-under-pressure-to-name-ballots-printer/1064-3962834-m3g4y5/index.html

I confuse Arabic names but this could easily be someone's Abu Ghraib.

How many ballots?  Their fingers were almost burned the last time they used a UK company; they survived thanks to the Kenyan high level of tolerance for graft.  Apparently the local contact for Al Ghurair is related to the drunkard in chief.

At some point the ballots tender had to be awarded. We can all wring our hands and sigh.

Precisely. We have 2 months to election. Time to move on to other equally important stuff - like actually printing them ballots and shipping them to each polling station. IEBC from now on need to realize they are on their own on a very tight schedule. There is no time to explain anything to an opposition that will second-guess them all the way.

IEBC should independenly conduct free, fair and credible election in exactly 2 months time.

The contact man is Gecaga - Uhuru's personal aide and relative. It has not even began.

And what is it with Kenyan christians supporting illegalities and then later praying for peace! I read Canon Karanja having adorned his tribal heart saying we should go to court! Is that the routine? Go to court? They have a surprise coming.

Too bad for NASA - this tug war has gone for far too long - and there is simply no more time -- unless you want election postponed. In any case you said Jubilee Procurement dude had been fired - so be happy

Pundit, You people are stuck in the past.  This is NOT 2007 or 2013. Folks are tired of their votes being stolen.  Hayo tuu.

Why does uhuru have to rig when his popular and set to win by 53% and beat Raila by 1million more votes
His support is now down to 35%. That is why he has to rig.

He is getting no votes in Ukambani; None in Nyanza (Kisii and Nyamira); None in Western and is being wiped out of Narok, Kajiado, Turkana, West Pokot and Baringo. He lost Garissa and Wajir and of course we doubt the Mandera vote.

He has lost Trans Nzoia and CCM will take Nakuru.

That is why he has to rig. Get out of the echo chamber.

The pertinent question is: If he is winning why engage or support activities that show he wants to rig?

1. Why did he change the law to allow for manual voting? The Audit has recommended that the voting be electronic with biometrics used to identify the voters and that anything else would allow fraud - exactly what CORD said
2. The IEBC with Jubilee support moved to seek quality assurance exemption for the BVR kits - opening the way for sub standard equipment to fail to allow manual voting and vote stuffing
3. Why is the printing contract being awarded to Uhuru's relatives? NASA provided hard proof of the link to the IEBC. Beside courts have previously ruled against warding that contract to the said company but Jubilee using the wanted ICC criminal keeps moving goalposts until the tender ends up with Uhuru's family. If he is that not evidence of wanting to rig? If he is popular and will win, why risk tainting his win with impropriety?

I can go on and on. All the evidence shows panic and Kibaki-like 2007 preparations

1. If NASA goes to polls with ballots printed by Gecaga, they might as well take their loss in advance
2. Saying a person has Jubilee links and the person being fired has nothing to do with anything. I simply see no connection, do you?

NASA should come out strongly against this move. They should not take part in any election where the ballot paper are printed by kenyatta family period. The 2 Jubilee thieves have sensed defeat and now they want to throw the country into a constitutional crisis.

Nasa should also come out strongly against situation where presidential votes exceeds other votes either have a special ballot for those who want to vote for president or have mechanism to record those who are voting for president only.

This is where the election is won or lost.

This is the point NASA has to draw the line on the sand failure to which people should prepare for electoral theft and chaos that comes with sham elections.  No ICC this time around.
2 things that ought to have happened have not happen and there is no forceful pressure coming from NASA
1. By this time IEBC should have released audit voter register. It has not happened. KPMG just released a report showing current register has btwn 1 - 2 million dead voters. Now, when will this register be updated?
2.without audited and vetted voters register how do you know the number of ballots to print?

Let IEBC conduct election without NASA interference and mistrust. We kicked out Hassan & group thinking this will allay NASA irrational fears.

NASA are preparing ground to for Chiloba-Chebukati hatefest that will last 5 years as they know they stand no chance against JUBILEE coalition. GEMA+Kalenjin stood at around 47% of 2013 cast votes - and that is the elephant in the house. Not Chebukati. No Chiloba.

1. Hassan and company rigged the elections. They were found culpable in the Chickengate scandal and the Supreme Court cited their procurement. Yet you and Jubilee swept it all under the carpet and wanted such people to conduct another election. I know Jubilee have low morals that are quite permissive, but no decent body would allow such contaminated people to run an election. So please mourn Hassan on your own

2. The removal of a corrupt person who had also expressed summary prejudice against one of the candidates in no way removes the right to hold the iEBC to account. I simply fail to understand why Pundit thinks we should say "Right, Hassan is gone, now everybody can go back to sleep all is well". Here are some of the achievements based on our not leaving the IEBC to "conduct elections on its own goodness":

a. Insistence on an Audit has discovered nearly 3 Million illegitimate voters in the register. These are people who do not meet the requirements to be a voter because one key piece of data is missing (ID Card, Biometrics, Name, etc)
b. Verification of individual entries: This has unearthed a scheme where certain people could verify their data without biometrics and by simply showing their ID card. It has led to the recommendation by the auditors that only biometrics be used as the primary identification of voters. Jubilee is angry, would you like to share with us why that would annoy anybody?

BTW Chiloba is NOT a Luhya. He is Ruto's man from the Sabaot tribe.

Let me make one thing clear and you better pay attention: We have no intention of being victims of rigging. We have studied ALL the mistakes made in 2007 and 2013. We have anticipated other possible errors. I can assure you that if Raila loses this time, it would be because he didn't get enough votes. He will NOT be rigged out.

After we come to power, we may choose to support your current position on all these issues. We are taking notes.

Let IEBC conduct election without NASA interference and mistrust. We kicked out Hassan & group thinking this will allay NASA irrational fears.

Why do you think Chebukati - formerly of ODM - cannot help Raila?

Uhuru has no votes in Ukambani and Luhyaland. Perhaps if we repeat it'll get to you one way or another. If he is banking on Ukambani votes, he can start packing.
