Why are we importing maize and we were told this project would grant us a huge surplus for export?

Uhuruto and Jubilee minions are a big fraud even the ones here shouting loudest they are just that fraud.  I remember early on pointing out that this project had swallowed too much money on feasibility studies like 3 billions shillings something that could have been done by trained kenya agricultural officers but the know it all could have none of that they had to go get some Israels to show them how to grow maize.  Bure kabisa
