More so that doctors are on strike.  What flamable materials was this truck carrying?

I hope this will be a wake up call.

When you have the police quickly put up 50 speed limit signs and then way lay motorists regardless of the signs being placed in wrong places and just before junctions know that there is something seriously wrong.

Nobody has told me why there are bumps in the roads in Kenya? Is it to "protect" pedestrians? Who allowed pedestrians on roads and for what reason? The amount of money being spent on a kilometer of roads is sufficient to separate pedestrians / bicycles riders from motor vehicles.
