Cholmondeley Shot a Maasai Poacher and a Kikuyu Thief
« on: August 27, 2016, 12:14:27 AM »
I can bear to read and listen to all these lies about a dead man.

1. The Poacher Samson Ole Sisina : The official story is that he trespassed on Chumley's land "to search for illegal meat". This is routinely published by newspapers with ostensibly educated journalists holding degrees.

They add that Samson Ole Sisina was not in uniform because he was operating incognito. When Amos Wako threw out the case as inherently flawed, there was noise leading to the recent boasts and crazy claims of Maasai witchcraft directed at Chumley.

Wako had demanded to see a copy of the search warrant authorizing Samson Ole Sisina  to enter and search Chumley's property. He had demanded that in the absence of that a duly signed order based on probable cause be presented. None of these were available.

It turned out that Samson Ole Sisina  was in fact off duty and had no reason to be anywhere near Chumley's property. Wajo threw out the file and ordered Chumley to go home. Omollo cheered.

It is things like these that promote the Poor Man's Impunity in Kenya.

I will comment on the expiration of The Rustler Robert Njoya later.

I see you're not done trying to excuse heinous and possibly racist killing by the late Tom. Not any different from his grandfather Delamare who was also trigger happy racist who would whip Africans in broad day light. Something is not okay with you Omollo.

So long as there is a Gema among the victims expect endless chiding from Omollo. While he accused you of racism against Tom, he is tribalist against the victims.

I don't condone possible murder / medical negligence against Cholmondeley, still Omollo is on another thread: demonize Gema jour et nuit. Pity I don't think he is actually tribalist; he is holding brief for paymasters, while hurling mud at sundry and all. It's self reflecting.

There was a tweet by one the kaburu's white associates, I think in Britain, after he died.  In a moment of anger, she said she hopes he is shooting Kenyans in heaven or something along those lines.  Basically revealing just what these guys think of Africans.  She was banned from twitter.  I have a strong feeling this guy bragged about having shot two Africans much like they brag about hunting cape buffalo.  Crossing the boundary that a kaburu, even a native born one should not be permitted.

Yeah the kaburu would rather let a wild animal live (and wander in 50,000 acres of Sosyambu) than empathizes with some really poor Africans trying to steal some meat for family dinner. Nope - he shoot them dead for trespassing into his property.Never mind the family was just given 150,000 acres of land for free by fellow racist in London. Omollo hatred for anything Kikuyu is quite something too.

Clearly Tom was brought up by his parents to think lowly of Africans.

How would you confront an armed poacher if you were well trained and armed?

To me Chumley is a property owner who faced serious setbacks from poachers and thieves out to sponge on his sweat.

Do you disagree with the decision by Amos Wako not to charge him? This came after the poor man had languished in prison for so long I guess the illness he died from may have taken root from that moment.

This nothing wrong with me once you understand that when it comes to property rights, I see no race or tribe.

I don't get paid by anybody to do anything. If only you knew!

I have continuously challenged anybody to prove my alleged infamous tribalism to no effect.

I wrote in detail about Ole Sisina. Ole Sisina is a Maasai. I have yet to write about Njoya, who from what you say was a paid up member of GEMA. Which is why I worry for the Delamere family. That family must brace for high level blackmail.

About demonizing GEMA day and night, maybe we should debate GEMA. We have been debating Luhyas and how disunited they are.... and all the political immaturity over there. We have added my Luo people, casting them as hand-made Otonglo Market robots, each with a long, thin manila string ending up in Raila's bedroom.

I simply hope we can discuss GEMA without being accused of anti-gemitism

I was tipped of the tweet but by the time I logged in she had been kicked out.

I obtained an image of it. You have quoted her accurately.

Now may be Chumley was racist - no evidence of that produced. Without evidence I see no reason for the Robina-led posthumous persecution continue.  Reports we got from Prison show that he was very popular and did help many of the non white inmates.

Once you understand that Chumley was protecting his property from marauders, you will sympathize with the man. I have proved that he did not kill Ole Sisina because of his race. He shot an armed poacher to death.

When Chumley came to take over that estate, it was just about to be overrun. There were "squatters" and other occupants. Parts of it had been "sold" the same way they did to Waitiki.

Chumley went to work negotiating paying off professional "squatters" (and we all know where they are from, don't we?). He re-fenced with a lot of difficult. Sometimes the thieves were just behind the fencing crew: removing the wire minutes after it had been put up.

The so called KWS had turned his ranch in to an abattoir to serve Nairobi butcheries. He put a stop to it - largely.

interesting read RVP.

Quote
Ask Michael Cunningham-Reid if his family will still be in Kenya in two or three generations and he is doubtful. "My feeling of 100% belonging here may not be right for my children and grandchildren. I am completely sure I will die here peacefully rather than have a panga in the back of the neck. I don't know about my children," he says.

Others are already making plans to leave. Barry Gaymer is a professional big game hunter who lives on an island in Lake Naivasha. Since hunting is banned in Kenya, he takes his rich American clients to Tanzania. "People say we're racist, but we've never been comparable with anywhere south [Rhodesia or South Africa] in the way we treated the blacks," he says. "I think the majority of blacks in my area like me. I drink with them. I get along with them. Generally, I think they like the old-time whites. In this country, the word for respect is fear. Because they fear me, they respect me."

Gaymer's father was one of those who came on a grant after the war and became a ranch manager. Gaymer bought land but sold up in the late 70s and turned to tourism. Today he is chairman of the Naivasha wildlife conservancy that has 23 members who own or farm a combined total of 380,000 acres that is home to 55,000 head of wildlife. About half of them are white. "I didn't even think of myself as coming from England. I could hardly imagine the place. But now, very recently, I've been thinking about moving, leaving Kenya. It's getting too much," he says.

Naivasha is not the happy place that the white population once imagined. Seven white people have been murdered in the area in the past two years (no one can tell you how many black people have been murdered). In January, a renowned British conservationist, Joan Root, 69, was killed at her home on the banks of Lake Naivasha where she had lived for decades. Root had been trying to put an end to the illegal fishing on the lake that has caused a collapse in the fish population over the past five years. The water level is falling alarmingly, and the lake is increasingly polluted by pesticides and sewage.

The established families blame the sprawling flower farms that provide roses and carnations to Marks & Spencer and other European stores. The farms tap into the lake and spew out waste. They have also caused an influx of black Kenyans to Naivasha to work, or in search of work, that has seen the population of the town rise tenfold to 300,000 people, many living in considerable poverty. With that have come the killings and other crimes.

Gaymer also believes that Kenya's wildlife will be wiped out in the coming years unless there is a dramatic change in government policy to permit licensed hunting. "I'm looking at Tanzania now," he says. "I've bought 2m hectares there with antelopes, hippo, buffalo, zebra. The country was a mess because of socialism, but the one thing they did was get rid of tribalism. I think it has a future".

Tanzania is definitely much more pleasant than Kenya. Beautiful land, not as much poverty, tribalism.. friendlier than Kenya.
