Apparently Ababu is using some of his 300M payout from Ruto to organize a heckling cum stone throwing competition. He's being assisted by the NSI and the moribund "Provincial Administration" that have both become part and parcel of Jubilee.

Measures have been taken to neutralize it. However Ababu has been informed that if he intends to travel around the country dishing out some of the 300M to youth, it would be in his own interest not to dare stage such a show. If he does, retaliatory measures will be taken then and later.

Just some background for those who are buying the Ababu nonsense. Here is evidence of how Ababu and Raila performed in Budalangi:
Ababu 11892 votes while Raila got 18766 in Budalangi. in other words almost twice as many votes as Ababu. Raila was therefore the factor propelling Ababu to victory. Pay attention to what his nearest rivals got to appreciate. In other words there were people who would not vote for Ababu but voted for Raila

As for Ababu collecting 300M from Jubilee telling them he will deliver Luhya votes, see how many votes Uhuru got in Budalangi (630
