There is an emerging pattern that a day before Raila goes to a place, the networks change from 3 g to 1g. This makes it impossible to transmit photos or use new media like periscope to stream to followers. On the actual day, it becomes impossible to make or receive calls.
We suspect that the NSI is working in cohorts with Jubilee to frustrate the rallies. This comes after they realized that Raila remains the first choice of Western Kenya. Ruto and Uhuru have been there multiple times and have never drawn such crowds as Raila is drawing.
Lest I forget: The message is about registering to vote. But before registration, get an ID card. The message we are getting back is many people have been waiting for ID cards for a very long time. There is clearly something wrong somewhere.
