Where does Ruto come in. Ruto and Rv crowd are last people to incite or spread hate.... coz if they do that..then things will become elephant very quickly.
If you think the magistrate or the judge is not doing his job then someone should report him to JSC. I for one agree that likes of Muthama and Kuria are serial offenders (the police might have made the judge aware) and that Judiciary are aware of 2007 progrom -and would want to send the message.
I would release the rest..but Keep Muthama, Kuria, Kabogo, Ngujiri and Sonu idiot.
Most of these guys have near similar cases..where their bond terms were on condition of not spreading hate...Judiciary need to lock these motor mouths.
Which should be kept and why? Bail and bond are constitutional matters that cannot be unduly limited. Muthama's charge states that he attended a press conference addressed by Junet. He did not. Should he stay in jail for an offence he did not commit? This is open misconduct and it is Ruto directing these events. Well he has achieved his intention because CORD is going to the streets tomorrow and Monday.
They will kill and teargas as much as they want. It won't change the resolve. In fact we thank him (Ruto) for his lack of foresight.
