If only they can do the same in paying speeding tickets, it will eliminate a lot of corruption.
Cop issues a tkt
Pay if guilty or pay 20% to appear in court
most people will pay rather than go to court and wait a whole day.

This should be happening in March. NTSA are waiting for the minister to gazette the rules. I think such kind of reforrms are the staff that will dent corruption in way that affect everyone.
If only they can do the same in paying speeding tickets, it will eliminate a lot of corruption.

any lessons from ecitizen portal services, cashless matatu or the Kidero attempt to digitise parking fee payments?

There will be setback but this is direction everyone has to move to....we are in the information age..and sooner we face those teething problem...the better prepared we will be.
