Kenya has corruption cancer that has metastasized to all levels. It needs the most radical therapies to treat it. In order to get the right therapy you to have to recruit the right people. People who are ethical and have the most knowledge about corruption. Current prosecutors are either unwilling or do not have the knowledge of the kind cancer they are dealing with. Take for example Chikenngate - Even after UK convicted their people, nobody in Kenya has even gone to court!!! and people are being paid.
