Why not appoint a person with integrity like Paul Muite to head the agency?
AM sure he will turn the agency around.

I think Muite grew up after Goldberg. When he was an MP he sent all his salary to Kabete for community development. He was never a fan of kabuki's administration. Kibaki once had an arrangement to have him wacked by Mungiki, but he found out and came out and told the media. He was spared.

EACC should be disbanded.  It was created back when Kenyans misunderstood the problem of corruption.  Then they thought that it had something to do with a lack of institutions.  But now we know it is a cultural problem.

It should not be disbanded rather be part of the institution that deals specifically with high level crimes.

There is little evidence to suggest that it is capable of doing anything.   What sort of "dealing with" do you have in mind?
