Was this bar talk? Jimmy is a typical oligarch. Extending that to toppling is conspiracy. He's friends with Kenyatta. Just because he owns a chopper like wealthy people do, doesn't mean he's pulling the strings. All oligarchs are tethered to the mafia, that's not unique to Kenya, they need high grade security aka gangsters who can cover up evidence in the name of protecting their assets. That's just the business world.
