Governor Timmamy acquited
« on: September 10, 2014, 05:19:40 PM »
This is what happens when you have people who dodnt know what they are doing. Imagine, they never had anything before charging him. These are the same people you expect to solve crimes in Kenya??? The days when courts were used as detention grounds while police looked for a crime seem to be over

I wonder where Obienga is to spin this to stupidity as usual. The last time he denied that this man was arrested on fitina basis as somebody tried to add Lamu to TNA governors using the confusion generated by Mpeketoni. He said the police had evidence. That was even as the police were admitting they had no evidence and needed more time to look for it.

Now how do you arrest an innocent man, lock him up and then go out to find incriminating evidence against him? The you have the Kikuyu dominated reuters sending an international wire full of factual errors such as Lamu Governor being a member of CORD. The same lie is picked up by BBC and transmitted to every corner. No retraction is provided when the truth comes out.
... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread

I wonder what the rush to arrest this poor guy was. He is a whole governor and he was not trying to flee the country when he was arrested. Why couldn't they wait until they had a case against him before they arrested him.  This is very consistent with the presiden who could not wait to say Raila was responsible for Mpeketoni only one day after the incident. He refuses to apologise up to day and now his psycho-phants like Duale want Raila to take responsibility for heckling that took place nowhere near him.
