I found the sticky rice cakes factory
« on: April 15, 2015, 04:27:27 AM »
Who would've thought Baltimore has a sticky rice cakes factory? Crazy. There's only like two in Sydney. Each sticky rice cake making skill is handed down generation to generation. I sampled their delicacies. Badass good. With time I'll figure out their family history. Of course they gave me the asian rate and freebie. Love it.

I gave one to my real estate and she was like "what's this ?" She sort of squished it with her finger. . I was shocked she'd never had a sticky rice cake before in her life. This stuff is like my staple.

Who else is a sticky rice cake virgin ?

I think I have seen those things.  I didn't what they are.  I have never had them.

Ooooooooooooooooooo virgin !

Windy, you must try it !!!

Find a Korean and ask where the rice cake factory is.

I'd recommend starting on this type for virgins. It's got a sticky rice exterior with grounded chestnuts inside.

Lol! You should be a comedian.

Off topic, the last time I was in Windy City I visited a place called Siena tavern on Kinzie St. They are supposedly to have the best beef tenderloin in Chicago.  I tried the tenderloin and as soon as I chewed it I spat. You should have seen the waitress face she was startled like she just saw a ghost.

I love lean beef and goat meat. I am very picky where I buy my beef.

The best goat meat I have ever had is in a place called Koriema in Baringo.

If you are looking for BBQ specialists, Memphis is a good place.  Otherwise go to a Brazilian churrasco.  These days I try to eat mostly grass.
