This is a lethal blow... 6 vs 3 justices despite a conservative super-majority.
Tariff powers are with Congress - POTUS can only invoke them under state of emergency.

I suspect Trump will bomb Iran this weekend to distract the world.

Trump has issued 10% global tariff using different law to save face.
But big tariffs against India, Brazil, Turkey, etc are gone.

Tresury will have to refund the extra import duty paid by companies since last year.
