I have called for this for longest time.
Ghana does it

We cannot afford to finance long term capital intesive projects with usual budget cycles.

We need PPPS btw private investors, infra fund and NSSF like pension fund to work together to deliver public investment

Yes, for Kenya to move forward, a lot of money, especially from the private side, needs to keep pouring in. Also, as president, I'm glad he is talking of taking Kenya's energy from a meagre 2,000 to 10,000+.  Without robust energy, Kenya cannot move up on the industrial/manufacturing front at a quick pace. Ndii and his advisors have done well. Kenya is now a stable country with a clearplan!

Absolutely.

We just have few issues - off my list.
1) FIX judiciary & police - cases take too long for rule of law and investment to happen. Police should be mass transfered back to their villages to humanize them.
Juidciary need budget improvement from 27B (Ruto has tried) to 80B - 2% of total budget - massively open up courts - massively expand prisons.
2) Fix education - take bold move - convert all big high schools to TIVET - and make Y9 kids continue in day schools.

These to me are only major pending issues

Everything else should fall in place.

The president is taking a master's in AI, and he remains agile on matters of education, especially in TVETs and universities. I'm sure there will be a lot of changes down the road as technology takes root in Kenya. Right now they are on the initial stages of building 1400 police stations from those horrible mabati to modern buildings. Was hoping they do like 2000 all over Kenya, and that will improve police morale besides relegating them to their neighbourhoods. I think police should have been devolved or let counties run it!
