 Most kenyan problems have nothing to do with Ruto but stupid policies adopted by an overambitious constitution. Overblown county governments financedd through deficit borrowing for a decade that has cost ksh 5 trillion. In the charged political climate in the country where everyone is a politician the reality is lost on the true problems bedeviling the country.
 
  At the macro economics level things are doing ok it's at the mocro level where people are feeling the pinch.Heres a clip you should watch below
