Why didn't they sabotage him in the 2022 election when Uhuru and Raila had the entire government machinery, including provincial administration? Elections are won by making meaningful contact with millions of Kenyans through many platforms. Women's groups, self-help group, youth groups, church, widow empowerment, women empowerment, bodaboda/mama mboga empowerment, small groups like Joywo with tentacles all over villages, Saccos, individual contact like Hustler fund, affordable housing groups, etc., are where real Kenyans engage the president and his handlers on an ongoing basis. As of now there are about 3 million cool Kenyans that have benefitted directly through these contact engagements and will vote for the president and their families without much pushing. Gachagua and other Presidential candidates need to open their wallets in trillions and start touching Kenyans financially in a meaningful way to get a head start. Mkono mtupu in politics cannot get people to the polls! Ask Kaloi and Raila!
