Civil lawsuit of 260 million cannot break a billionaire with such empire. Criminal charges is where screwing begins. ALL civil lawsuits, almost 94% usually ends up settled out of court for less than 10% the amount requested. I'm sure, if allegations are true, Tyler Perry may end up paying less than 5 million settlement out of court!
