Khamenei has called Trump's bluff and threatened to bomb US bases all over.

Here's my wager: -
Trump the small-dick moron will punk out like the coward he is.

What is the Ayatollah supposed to do other than threaten "irreparable damage"?  He is literally living on borrowed time bought for him - according to some sources - by Trump.   I can't see anything good coming out of this for anyone if the US intervenes.  Iran would of course be screwed even faster.  But the total collapse of whatever is remaining of the post world war 2 order is the more consequential.

Hezbollah has been curiously silent.  I just looked into it, and found they were defanged a few months ago by Israel.

The US is not as strong as you think. We learned from Iraq and Afghanistan wars. The US spent trillions only to kill 1 million innocent Iraqis, wounded thousands of US soldiers. The same is likely to happen. Millions of innocent poor Iranians will suffer and dollars wasted. If Ayatollah is killed and missiles will also come our way and there maybe a revolution in the US in homegrown regime change. Americans have fed up with Trump administration as witnessed by ongoing protests never seen in 250 years history. No want wants wars here and most Americans are pro Iran but Govt and AIPAC-ran media and parties paints a different picture. I'm sure morale in US military is at all time low.

Termie is given to hysterics about US powerplays. He thinks missiles are toys... a perfect mirror of the Trump he so scorns.

If the US "intervenes" - whatever that means - they cannot overthrow the theocracy by bombs. It's deeply entrenched. A ground invasion of course will be another Afghanistan/Iraq - where the US is still leaking its wounds.

So plain bombers - like I said did not even put an end to the Houthi mungiki-level militia. And that is in dirt-poor Yemen where there are 2 governments. Westwing pressers is so cheap - dare to overthrow the Ayatollah we are all watching.

Iran is likely to suffer heavy losses as oil fields & infra gets smashed. But the Ayatollah is going nowhere - and they will definitely go for the nuke now. All but guaranteed.

China must be pleased. At least I imagine strategically it's good news if the US is sunk into another forever war.

Western MSM medias are blacking out any negative news. Israel "took control of Iran airspace" 3 days ago - yet buildings keep dropping in Tel Aviv.

Watch https://www.rt.com/on-air/ or https://www.presstv.ir/Live or Al Jazeera for the real scoop.

Mostly the same thing I am saying, except I haven't said anything about how strong I think the US is.  I may not share the same views on the some other stuff - Iran having missiles that will come this way being one.  On Americans being fed up with Trump, I'll wait to see that in some actual election.  I don't care for the guy, but I have the humility not to confuse that for public opinion.

This is a cartoonish take with a heavy dose of projection.  Aren't you the same fellow just on this thread suggesting that an air defense system failed because it couldn't prevent missiles 100%?

Trump is not normal and that should concern everyone(regardless of which side your hard-on is buttered).  And he has the most powerful military - now filled with yes men - at his disposal.

Iran will decide.
To surrender and survive - sign another half-arsed agreement
Fight - and become Syria.
US will likely no put foot on ground.
Will hope anti-Ayatollah will rise up against Islamic hardliners.
Once they have killed Ayatollah.
More like Somalia strategy - hit Islamist from the sky - degrading it leadership

Israel cannot do that without the US. Here in the US, There will likely be regime change in America if Trump attempts to go full war with Iran. Americans are tired of war, and about 60% of America is pro-Iran and anti Israel.

Dr. Doctorow, who is an expert, thinks Israel has between 7 and 10 days of air defense supply left before it runs out. In the meantime, Iran still has over 2000 hypersonic missiles that can go on for months. The only hope for Israel is Trump, which is under siege here!

Yes non-Americans don't get this. MAGA will break up first. If you see MTG oppose Netanyahu openly. And Tucker Carlson grilling Ted Cruz.

It's more complex than that.  MAGA are starting to make noises because Trump suggested going easy on migrant farm workers.  Arresting brown migrants and making a scene of it is their addiction and what attaches them to Trump like leeches.  As long as he keeps that porn going, it does not matter what else he is doing(he can raid "Central bank" and fill his pockets and they'll be fine with it).  That is my take on MAGA.  It's a white grievance lost cause movement.  They are not peeling off because they care about Iran or hate war.  They just dislike anything that takes away from the favorite pastime - mistreatment of brown and dark skinned folks nearer home.

You are right; I don't think they will abandon Trump as long as Trump is oppressing non-whites, especially immigrants. The main problem facing Trump right now are the billionaire Israeli Americans who want Trump to take America to war with Iran or face a takedown, possibly poisoning or a JFK-style assassination. Trump has no good choices right now. He has to frogmarch us into an illegal war because the system wants it, whether Trump and his supporters want it or not. I stay on Telegram, 4chan, and other platforms where crazy Trump MAGA resides. Most are pro-Iran and anti-Jews, but they are only stuck with Trump because they falsely believe Trump will remove non-whites eventually from the US. They are concerned Trump is not coming up with plans for genocide against African Americans the same way Netanyahu has done to Palestinians. In fact, most MAGA want blacks out of the US more than Latinos or immigrants. They are super crazy and delusional if you get to hear their conversation/philosophy. Presence of Black people in America kills them completely!

Israel cannot do that without the US. Here in the US, There will likely be regime change in America if Trump attempts to go full war with Iran. Americans are tired of war, and about 60% of America is pro-Iran and anti Israel.

And they don't care if it bankrupts America.  The whole DOGE thing and what they call waste is anything that does not serve this purpose.  I think Musk used it for his own nefarious purposes like stealing taxpayer data.  DHS has been moving funds away from terrorism to deportations and concentration camps.   I worry about the US exposure to a serious terrorism event just because of this alone, even without the chaos already encouraged and created in the Middle East.

Mainstream media has brainwashed many Americans the same way Israelis thought they were "the most powerful military in the world." Col. Wilkerson and other top former military people are coming out slowly, saying IRAN will beat America to smithereens in the war because they are prepared, unlike the US with old weapons. The US has extended their armory, helping ISRAEL WARS in Yemen, Syria, Palestine, etc. Israel right now is rubble, but the world cannot see because the same mainstream media is blocking journalists from reporting from the ground. Almost day 10, and the Iranians still have the upper hand!
