Eliud Lagat has the biggest motive. Duhhh
Ojwang' exposed Lagat as the principal beneficiary of traffic cops mobile cash register. That is a real scoop which DIG couldn't tolerate.

What I think happened - Lagat boys pinched the man too hard after he refused to recant his posts. They decided to take him to Central after the fact - and cook the story about suicide in the cell.

PC Mukhwana and OCS Talam are mere pawns - fake patsies - likely to be paid hush money and cut loose later. Or well get silenced permanently. Very tricky position to be in.

CCTV was deleted to hide Ojwang' mahututi condition when he was brought in by DCI - and to manufacture story about being alive and rushed to hospital.


Kanja has much lesser motive than Lagat
