Background.
ODM has around 70-80 MPs,Senators & GOVs.Majority are from Luo Luhya and Kisii zones around the country.

2025 Chronology of events.
1) 2024-2025-Natembeya,Salaysa,Malala eject Raila ODM from Western and Luhya vote.If elections are held today,ODM would lose most of Western seats.

2) March 2025-Gusii eject Raila from Gusii stadium.
April 2025-Onyonka Arati dump Raila for Matiangi as leader of Omugusii.That means loss of Nyamira and Kisii.

A loss of Nyamira,Kisii,Kakamega,Transzoia,Vihiga,Migori means that if elections are held today,Raila would lose nearly 50% of the votes,MPs Senators,Govs even in Luhya Kisii cosmopolitan areas in Nairobi where kisii luo luhya vote together.

3) Kalonzo Gachagua Matiangi form a coalition which means that if elections were held today,Their coalition would be number 1 while Ruto and Raila would be competing for number 2 and 3.In such a case,Raila political forturnes dwindle.

4) As these events continue,Ruto continues to attack Raila strongholds across the country including the coast.

5) April 2025,Ruto plans Nyanza political tour.Before the tour,Orengo and Sifuna attack him publicly during a funeral.

6) Two days before the tour,Kasipul Mp were is assassinated in Nairobi.

7) ODM party leader Wanga condemns the killing and says they did not sign for political assassination.She blames the government.

May 3rd,Luo is hit with a shoe in Migori and the political tour ends prematurely.

9) Ruto skips Hon. Were  funeral which turns into an ODM affair.He must have received intelligence to avoid.

10) As things stand,All leaders associated with Raila are blaming ruto gov for one thing or another.Nyongo sugar leasing Orengo Constitution Wanga Assassination etc etc.

11) How will Raila fight for his political survival?Supporting Ruto is costing his political fortunes.He has to dump Ruto otherwise ODM may not even manage 40MPs in the next parliament.

The writing is on the wall.

If ODM calls for the impeachment of the president,there will celebrations across the country.GEMA Kamba Luhya Luo will join.I think thats Raila plan.It destroys Ruto and destroys Kalonzo Rigathi coalition with a new political matrix.

Raila has been there, done that and still lost election.
He knows what it takes to win election - and he knows its not easy.

Raila wont abandon billions he is making in gov for your naivety.
Gachagua and his kikuyu cabal committed silly mistakes
And Raila is the beneficiary.

Raila will in 2027 decide - if entire opposition run to him with ticket - he will try for final time.


If not he will appoint Ida Odinga to deputize Ruto in ODM-UDA merger.

Stop mixing issues

1) Raila is not interested in winning the election but maintaining his influence by having MPs governors and senators and the only way to do that is to be in the ballot.

2) Kalonzo Rigathi and Matiangi have no time to waste with Raila.They can't even endorse him or want to be associated with him.They are over 40%.

The game now is for Raila and Ruto to compete who will most likely meet kalonzo/ruto in the run off and the chances of ruto being kicked out in the first round is very evident
