Mt Kenya East hate Ruto more than so called Mt Kenya West. If I were Ruto I would look for Gachagua and mend fences that way it would confuse alot of people and disorient the masses . Then pick it up from there . Gachagua like Uhuru and Raila are Kenyan type politicians without principles , he would take the bait and be weakened. Unknowingly thats how Uhuru weakened Raila and Ruto has further weakened Raila. However the route he has taken now is just embolding Gachagua and making him stronger and stronger . If courts rules in his favour thats it the coalition he will be in will win if courts rules against him they will lose their legitimacy and would not be able to recover ….

He will be replaced in 2027 once Ruto write off mt kenya completely. He has left a small window for Kindiki and mt kenya east. Its fast closing.

Self deceit , Kindiki cannot even tour Tharaka Nithi let alone Other 10 Mt Kenya Counties
Kindiki wont even be Rutos running mate come 2027 ato Ruto will keep him as who Prime Minister ?

Ruto is strugling to run his government , if you dont know many state departments officials are not even being paid salary on time . Govt has issues running education , health and security sectors . County Govtd get their share after many months now you dream of even adding more counties , kuwa serious pundit .
Now add a referendum that would be an own goal , not only will he lose but it will expose him he wont survive a referendumn he would probably get 15% leave alone the 30+% he got in 2010…..

This Momeru Njuri still lives in the KANU days. Now counties will become the new districts. Each minority grouping in Kenya will demand its own county. In the end we will end up with 230 counties.

But you understand Ruto would be totally within law to do that, the question your are asking is more of a moral one. But think of all those communities that have suffered under big ones in counties,again this is just one of the several Options Ruto has. My point is dont try to write him off 3 years is a long time in politics
