He is always busy.He flew to Ghana this week,A total of 12 hours,Humid west African weather,Met so many people, came back and then started flying and driving across the country adressing rallies in Rift valley.Isn't that fatigue too much?I don't think it's healthy. Is it panicking or what?

Moi never used to do that.Check public records. How many times did you ever see him in a chopper or plane? His public engagement was mostly with students singing and dancing.

Ruto is overworking himself.Jet-chopper-car sunroof-Endless Baraza speaking-Too much talking and dealing with crowds is very exhausting on the body. All these activities create minor shocks and panics in the body which results in irregular blood pressure which affects heart, kidneys and psychological issues. With an unpredictable political environment and approaching election,Time will prove me right.Kibaki even suffered a mini stroke in 2005 while Ichungwa said Gachagua collapsed outside parliament during impeachment.Unlike 2022 election,He is now on the receiving end.We saw uhuru experience emotional outbursts before 2022.

I think the president should relax and let everything be.Let systems work.Whether he gets reflected,It's nothing to worry about.

Health first.

Shows micro-management and insecurities evident in CSs, PSs and all senior government officers thus he has to push all agendas as these senior govt officials go MIA.

He got Kamagut energy just like me. Eat healthy, be integrity-driven, never drink alcohol, have no permanent friends, have no enemies, never stress over small matters, and have never been sick since forever. I'm in my early 40s, and the last time I was sick, I was treated by Mr. Munene at the Soy dispensary when I was 9. He prescribed some 4-2-2-2 stuff that got me itching all over at night. That is the last time I was sick. For president, he fell on a tree when he was around 13, and I believe that is the last time he was in the hospital, too. In such situations, you are full of energy all day!

I was like you until COVID got me seeing hospital ceiling for 5 days. To survive in Africa you already have tough genes. I think you must also be passionate about things you do n be driven by crazy ambition. Then work ethic become a habit. I am lazy n don't like exerting myself. Thankful in my career you need few hours of concentration to solve major prob then enjoy the rest browsing huko

Moi never used to wake up at 5am and neither slept late,That was propagand. He loved women.

He used to hold two three Baraza in a month and disappear.

How many meetings have ruto attended this week?More than 10.

How many flight hours, over 15 hrs.

How many phone N microphone talk time?,Over 5hrs

That's difficult lifestyle.

Nairobi Accra is 5 hours in a 737. A faster plane could get you there quicker. I worked a few years in Freetown, just two hours by air from Accra. Their hotels though not up to Kempinski level, are probably the best in West Africa so you catch some sound sleep on arrival. Then journey back in 5 hours after your function. The time difference is 3hrs so no question of time lag to wear you out. Mbona onaongea maneno you are not familiar with, when we are old to remember Moi was always first news item everyday on our black & white TV screens before they became color and some editors decided that Moi Going to church wasn't the most important news of the day 😏

You make it tough on me when I have to agree with @Pundit...

He is an idiotic micromanager, he doesn’t want anything to happen without his presence or approval. People like this end up failing because they suppress more superior thinking and ideas. This was Moi 101, he even managed assistant chiefs, it’s a hallmark of dictatorship. This far, all his ideas have failed biggly and he is hated more than Moi. Kenya has a lot of brilliant people without space to operate and the war right now is to liberate ourselves from the likes of Ruto, Sudi, Farouk, Sakaja etc do not even mention some of the women, our leadership is a disgusting mess.
