Never Mijikenda , NEP has always been divided between Pro GEMA and Pro Raila . Ruto performed worse than Kibaki and Uhuru in NEP in 2002 because Uhuru backed Raila in 2022.
As for Mijikenda they hate anything Ruto with passion .

Sifuna and Babu Owino ODM wing sound like Tanga Tanga who were against Handshake Govt of Uhuru and Raila .
I dont know if its by design or default but the route they have taken is making them very popular as it resonates well with a substantial number of ODM followers who are not hapoy with Raila joining forces with Ruto and the ones who have been disappointed by Ruto .
Babu is already the incomming Nairobi Governor and Sifuna will retain his seat without sweat .
