This is how we are going to remove ruto from power
A transitional president should be elected. I propose retired chief Justice Maraga..deputized by a politician..I nominate Kalonzo..then Each Region to nominate a representative that will be part of executive. Not CS but we will have regional executives.
The mandate of this transitional govt will be to
1. Restore all institutions compromised since cok2010. Judiciary, parliament and senate to be restored as independent instituions
2. Come with economic reforms that will guarantee that the economy works for those below age 35 years. I propose a round of golden handshakes in civil service and corporate to retire those over 50 years.
3. Address all historical injustices by implementing Ndung'u land commission report, Kroll associate report on corruption, Audit reports by auditor general to be handed to a special prosecutor who work will be to work with eacc to investigate and hand over reports to odpp for prosecution.
4. Conduct a national life style audit. To ascertain who owns what and how that what was acquired.
5. Reform office of the prosecutor, eacc
6. Rebrand policing and vet all police and security departments afresh.
7. Hire an international firm to audit all county jobs and civil service jobs and retrench any one hired through nepotism, corruption and other unethical means
9. Separate locations of govt departments. The land registrar for Kiambu should be in LODWAR. this will force services to be rendered remotely eliminating corruption
10. Reinvigorate civic organizations including religious organizations and demand they establish mechanism for self policing within a very tight set of regulations..cults and exploitative ngos to be closed.
11. Deal with issue of inequality by coming up with a wealth redistribution process through taxation of any wealth beyond 50 million per household.

If you fix these issues the economy will heal as people will focus on production instead of stealing.
