It's too late. You can't abduct people illegally then decide to use the law. This would make absolutely no sense at all.

Sema stop silly tribalism

I don't like tribalism, but I am becoming increasingly concerned with what's happening with Ruto, who I believe is becoming increasingly tribal and it's really unfortunate. Putting Murkomen in, internal security and who knows what else he is doing in the darkness? 

Ruto had the perfect opportunity to build a more united country, but he has gone into his tribal cocoon.
