It's not mulot. It entire kipisigis youth. Every village has some one or two call center where boys report every morning smoking bhang n making those fraud calls or sms. Its not the young pple am concerned, rather the whole community starting with political leaders, parents etc support such theft. It becomes normal to steal. They will go to the next level.
