Ruto is absolutely behind this gangster unit that is abducting people and trying to intimidate them, but what is the motive? It won't work. Kenya is not Uganda and it's not Tanzania. Kenyans have gotten used to their democracy for the last 30 years. The tactics used in Uganda and Tanzania won't work in Kenya. Is Ruto just desperate ??? because it's not making any sense at all.
