The Migrant Problem in America: Not Everyone can Come here
« on: October 30, 2024, 06:51:50 PM »
The migrant problem in the US election is I think the second biggest issue after inflation.

Too Many people are trying to get to America and it's just not feasible. They're literally trying to walk their way into the country by force and Kamala needs to stop it.

The republicans scuttled a bill to stop the flow of migrants thinking that it would help trump in the election so we will see, but the main point is this: What will stop people from coming? I understand that Canada is also having a huge problem with immigrants from India.

The whole world cannot live in the west.

They are economic migrants.  A recurring thread in American(heck human) history.  So it stops when/if the US becomes a less attractive economic destination than where they are coming from.

I spend sometime trolling MAGA in their channels, and their thought process is all about the white replacement theory. To MAGA, immigration is the top issue, especially migrants from Africa or dark-skinned countries. That is why Trump keeps mentioning Congo almost daily. When you say Mexicans, it backfires because of millions of Latino voters in battleground states. Also, immigrants from Russia, Belarus, Romania, Chile, and China are among the thousands pouring in, but you never hear MAGA and Trump dwell on it much. Congo, Haiti, and Venezuela are loaded on Trump's teleprompter, but mostly Congo and prisons and mental institutions. In 1800s, they were railing against Dark Italians and giving a pass to Irish and other Europeans who were pouring in. Fact of the matter, the USA is a nation of immigrants, and there is no way to stop it. Everybody is already inside making kids and pumping babies, and a decade or so, minorities will be majority, and politics will continue becoming about race/immigrants, etc. Trump's goal if they win is to stop legal migration and pursue only one agenda, denaturalization of people who have become citizens. Project 2025 estimate 10-20 million people can be stripped citizenship in Trump's first term! They are supper crazy!
The future belongs to those who have a quarter of the character and integrity of RV Heavy Hitter!

Only a World war will stop economic immigration .
Look at Libya and Arab spring propped up the west , the resultant effect is that Libya became the route for economic refugees and Majority of Syrians emigrated to Europe.
As long as The west does not stop economic colonization using debt to make Countries weaker and Wars the most people will emigrate to West .

Have a friend that works as an uber driver and he said he had an american customer was complaining that his Russian wife could not get a visa to come to the US and she is blonde and blue eyed (I guess Putin is messing it up for them)

However, you do want high IQ immigrants in your country so yes, they needs to be some selection. Eg. the high IQ indian IT workers who have now become the CEO's of google, microsoft, Adobe, etc and even immigrants like Musk (you want people like these in your country)

The latino's are good because they work extremely hard and do all the hard labor - construction, gardening, house cleaning, working on farms (America could not function without them)

But I pray that the US does not end up with those radical islamists you see in Europe that want to turn western christian countries into Islamic societies.  America  has been lucky to be blessed with the Hindu's, Buddhists and south american catholics.

Cultural ISolation creates radicalism, that is what tramp wants. Acculturation  creates a sense of being, thus eliminating the need for radicalism - the us vs them.

The US immigration system is broken with huge backlogs and so the immigrants going through the system legallly take years so it’s hard and understandable for them to see newly arrived illegals get all the attention. The republicans will shout at the top of their lungs and make it all racial but when it comes down to it, the Trump voters do not want the laws to change cause they need roofers, landscapers, fruit pickers, construction workers etc when Desantis chased all the migrants, lots of construction sites stopped and they had to change their language to appear more welcoming. It’s a complex issue all over the world and even Canada is starting to crackdown so when Ruto talks about 250K Kenyans to Germany, you cannot help but start doubting his sanity.

Uncle Sam has destroyed all alternative economies through mighty dollar printing terrorism. Immigration is the kwesekwensis. There is no hope anywhere apart from where the dollar-printing criminal enterprise works. Everyone wants in.

Even IMF is pushing it as a key structural adjustment programme despite the riots and protests.

3) increase the integration of foreign-born workers into labor markets (migrant integration hereafter).

Migrant integration policies to integrate foreign-born workers into labor markets in advanced economies (the survey covers Canada, Italy, and the United Kingdom), such as improving the recognition of immigrants’ qualifications and experiences, offering free language courses and professional training, and providing job placement programs that connect immigrants with employers looking for their specific expertise. These policies can boost labor supply and productivity amid aging populations
