Ruto missed a golden opportunity during Gen Z protest. He could have reformed, get rid of incompetent and corrupt thugs in the government like Murkomen but instead he chose confrontation politics. It will be crisis after crisis in UDA-ODM government until 2027. Culminating to a heavily contested Presidential election that will lead to violence. We are on a very dangerous path. Totally unchartered territory. Handshake or bread based government cannot fix this!

Ruto thought that he was going to bring back Moi error politics of division and nyakuaring. It was supposed to be greed and gluttony for him and his friends, it was to bring him close financially to the people he admires the most, the Kenyattas and Moi’s. He forgot that he is leading an era of information and enlightenment, a simple whistleblower can send people in the streets. The people have also learned the power of anger, not everything that happens is God’s will, the churches cannot hide and make Kenyans act like lambs. People have to start asking questions like “ why are 100 kids dead in a dorm fire, who is responsible?” They cannot run to churches to pray. Kenya will change and like Patel said, from here on, its crisis after crisis. I also agree that 2027 looks very dicey, if elections are stolen, we are done, declared bankrupt and ready to be auctioned to the highest bidder.

When he gave Caleb Kositany Chairman of Kenya Airports Authority and Put Murkomen as CS Transport then replaced  him with the crafty Chichir I knew there was something Fishy or should I say Mursiky …..

Chirchir should fire those KAA and hire new ones. Adani are promising to invest 2.5B dollars. This world 11th richest man. Ignore the noise and proceed to negotiate a good deal for kenya.

We have proposal - negotiate with Adani - share the proposed contract to kenyans - and if it good - sign.

The Adani deal stinks like hell. No wonder it took a whistleblower to uncover this deal to fellow Kenyans. So when was the Kenya government planning to inform the citizens of this country about this deal if November is the deadline for signing it?

As for Pundit telling his clansmen to continue looting state coffers, it will not end well for your clansmen. Wakenya wamegutuka. Kenya of 2024 is not that of 2013 when Uhuru could steal SGR money and get away with it.

He proposes to invest around 200B for a 30 year plan and later have an equity of 18 % eternally .
Just check hoe much the airport generates yearly . It really doesnt make sense .
Then rumours are Rutto has Pocketted a Billion out of the deal and the rest take all the share of the other Billion .
It wont end up well …….Even Uhurrus uncle just ate slowly from revenue and projects not selling or giving away the airport . This is on another level

Even the illiterates in Kenya would not sign such a deal. Is there any trade agreement that is signed for eternity? Which stupid Kalejin negotiated this deal?

Eti who ate slowly? You call that heist by 2 people 'eating slowly'. I hear the International community is investigating the Eurobond. The outcome will not be a surprise but it will shock many. I fail to understand why you criticize folks but being a Pointy, anything touching of putin or the kyuk guy words suddenly fail you. Look, Luto's whole work history is Kenya Government, so it goes without any rocket science thinking that he just wanted to do what his predecessors did only that he reckoned he would top them  all but did't realize, round the Bend the GenZ wth rungu were waiting to disrupt his selfish plans. The JKiA s was to be his heist in similar fashion to the Expressway where for 30 years someone wll keep earnng and never be broke.

It a proposals. They start high - then negotiate down. We already got Adani Energy to build us some electricity connection.

Investors should be given red carpet.

It not easy to attract the Adanis.

Negotiation should be done - by competent team

There is no deal.
ADANI sent a proposal.
KAA and Treasury are studying it.
They will be negotiation on the terms.
Identify all those terms you dont like - during Public Participation stages.

So hold your horses.

Yes, the election in 2027 will be very dangerous.  The question is, why isn't Ruto getting it? My answer is that Ruto believes he is the smartest man in the room and his arrogance and ego will eventually catch up with him.

I think had JKIA been taken over by Germans or Japanese, Kenyans would have been fine with it, but Indians? no.

Then why are they pictures online of the Adani group employees all over JKIA?
