Yes he must have realized he messed up big time.
He was gone - because impeachment with Raila crew was shoe-in - nobody likes him.
He needs to buy time.
Kiburi he would have brought huko second term.

If I was Ruto - I would forgive him - and also buy time.

You people are still living under a rock, pay attention. Kenyans are not looking for tribal  mobilization, that’s archaic. In 2027, if at all we get there, people are not feeling Ruto, he lied so much it caused a lot of disconnect with Kenyans. You think sane Kenyans will listen to him again on top of vehicles telling his lies, he lost credibility a long time ago. In Kalenjinland maybe and this is with old farts like you, the younger generations are not feeling him. I was with some people the other day, this is God honest truth, these are people who supported him before, he came on TV and everyone instinctively wanted the channel changed, these people cannot even stand his voice.

Society is changing quicker than you think,we are in the age of information. A kid in Kenya can see another kid from a well governed country enjoying life while they are stuck in the filth of stupidity. This is not Moi error where we had to watch baba na mama all day

You're right - look at six nominated from mt kenya - RiggyG and Ruto seem to have resolved their differences and bought time.

It seems like it is Ruto who asked for forgiveness. :D :D :D

The cabinet half way and Mt. Kenya has 6 slots already. At this rate they will even pass Mutahi Kahiga's demands of 8 slots.

An anti climax for you as you wanted all to be out and enter Nyayoism .
All said and done its all about Economy , Ruto is not out of the hole if he does not shake up Kenyan economy and stir growth and job opportunities

You too are being sucked into the whirlwind of tribal politics???
Majority never ever benefit from these appointments. This is what GenZ is talking about. Nepotism, tribal alliances etc needs to be out the window so Kenya can reap the benefits

Society is changing quicker than you think,we are in the age of information. A kid in Kenya can see another kid from a well governed country enjoying life while they are stuck in the filth of stupidity. This is not Moi error where we had to watch baba na mama all day

It's why I sneer at the conflation of anarchy with revolution. Kenya must grow 3,5 or 10X to achieve Turkey or Mexico living standards. Let alone the West. Takes lots of marshaling and deployment not chants and fracas. GenZ can even nominate themselves to the cabinet but at 2k per capita Kenya will remain a poor 3rd world country.

I don't  think 2K, Likely 1K if you look at the bottom 70%. If corruption and all systems work, we may achieve the 2-3K, which is still low. It will take centuries to get to US levels. 15-16 years old high school kids living with their parents in USA make 30-50K yearly that goes straight to their pockets with no bills. Mighty head start than peers world wide!

Yes, so the delusional GenZ think Ruto stole their money. They can move to Canada. Sadly the earth is hard and people die in the sea attempting to scale once riots and revolutions have run their course.
