Why are county officials and MCAs always on travel? What is this they seek out there that cannot be gotten at home on the ground? Who created these bad manners of always wanting to travel?

You think senate/parliament is better? Senate spent 1 billion on domestic travel and 592.29 million on foreign travel on same past nine months.

This is the only vote which has over 60% budget absorption.

Reading the report , this is a error on the side of Nyakang'o team but very good fodder for ongoing public angst.
