It was UNANIMOUS including all 3 liberal justices. Nikki should just move on now - this was her only reason to stay in the race.

It is akin to Kenya's ICC chapter 6 ruling. States have no power to bar federal candidates from the ballot. Only Congress can do that by passing relevant laws on the 14th amendment or anything else.

I think it was a wise ruling. In future any state would have just locked out any candidate it deemed not singing its song.

I don't see Haley dying off. Trump needs her to appeal to independents who are put off by MAGA. If they make up she will be back at the UN if Trump wins.
