Isn't Sad that Kenya, a country of under 50 million has more people living with HIV than in United States, a country of 330 Million? Looking at the data, it is easy to side with conspiracy theorists that claim HIV was manufactured to target certain people. The fact that in the US, black folks constitute 14% of the population, but 40% of HIV adds fuel to the already raging forest wildfire! Now Nigeria, Zambia, South Africa etc!

Yes, dry sex, sadly, contributes to the menace. FGM, to some extent, allows sex injuries, allowing contaminated blood to spill out. A Nigerian PhD researcher had some extensive data on the research he did for his dissertation and was amazed at the data. Cut men and uncut women contract HIV less than Uncut men and cut women were some of the conclusions he made. Less stressed uncut women are more secure and happier and, as such, squirt more during sex, which minimizes infections/injuries. These could explain why HIV in Kenya is common in certain regions!
